GNOCCHI-Italian Dumpling/ pasta GNOCCHI-意大利饺子/面团 First: PESTO (pasta sauce)Makes 4 servings 第一步:罗勒酱(面酱)4人份 Finished delicious Pesto in a mortar - close Ingredients 40g Fresh Basil 15g Almonds or Pine Nuts 1/3 cup (80 ml) Olive Oil 2 Garlic Cloves Lemon Zest 原料 40克鲜罗勒 15克杏仁或松仁,1/3杯(80毫升)橄榄油,2瓣蒜 柠檬屑 Directions Preheat oven to 350ºF Place almonds on a baking pan, and put in  pre-heated oven for about 8-10 minutes making sure they don’t burn. Take them out as soon as they start changing colour. Set aside, and cool for a few minutes. In a mortar and pestle (or in your processor), add garlic and pound into small pieces. Ingredients 2 lbs Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes 1 cup of Flour (Roughly), plus more for rolling 3 Egg Yolks 2 tsp Salt 原料 2磅育空金土豆或赤褐土豆 1杯面粉(粗),取稍多些以备擀面,3颗鸡蛋黄 2茶匙盐 Directions Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place potatoes (unpeeled) on a tray and stab a few times with a fork. Place potatoes in the oven and cook until soft, about an hour. More time required if potatoes are large. If it does, you’re ready to roll! If not, add in a bit more flour and try the test again. When you have passed the dough test, roll the dough into long thin logs. Cut them, and roll them on a gnocchi board if you wish.
