I arranged a great dinner with my friends at a fantastic restaurant, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, located 845 Burrard St. to celebrate a festival. It was a night of laughter, relaxation, and lots of bottles of wines! C’est la vie! 每当和朋友们聚会,我都会精心安排一个美妙的晚餐,我很高兴选择了位于温哥华市中心的意大利高级餐厅&牡蛎餐吧。那是一个非常棒的晚上,充满了欢笑,愉悦和放松。当然少不了美酒和美食!这就是我们美好的生活!难道不是吗! Boulevard restaurant 04 Boulevard restaurant 15 We arranged to be in a private room, which offered us the privacy we wanted. The private room offers a great dining experience and their luxurious interior welcomes you and all of the guests. It is one of the finest dining experiences in Vancouver. 这家餐厅是温哥华非常受欢迎的高级餐厅,我们提早预定了这次的晚餐,于是我们被安排在一个极其私密的房间, 我们都非常喜欢。房间里安静、奢华,朋友们都很高兴感受到了西餐厅的魅力。 Boulevard restaurant 09 We had ordered a group menu and the kids’ menu before hand. They used the finest ingredients and you could see the culinary vision that the chef had to combine both art and food. The food was absolutely delicious. 晚餐预备了精美的套餐和儿童餐。用上最好的食材,加上大厨的心思周密,你可以看到烹饪手艺、设计格调及新鲜美食的完美结合。当然带给大家的就是绝对美味! Boulevard restaurant 19 Boulevard restaurant 11 Boulevard restaurant 18 We had the Seafood Tower for the first course. The seafood tower is a melody of different cold seafood, which included albacore tuna poke, fresh oysters, mussels escabeche, snow crab, steamed mussels, shrimp ceviche, and crab louie salad. It was plenty to share as a starter and all of the food was extremely fresh. 头餐当然是当之无愧的绝顶新鲜海鲜塔。海鲜塔简直就是一个美妙的旋律,它由不同的冷海鲜搭配而成,其中包括长鳍金枪鱼戳、新鲜牡蛎、西班牙特制冷盘鱼、雪蟹、清蒸贻贝、虾酸橘汁腌鱼、蟹路易沙拉。大家分享海味,分享快乐。这里的海鲜真的是绝顶新鲜! Boulevard restaurant 17 For second course, we had Beef Carpaccio. It was amazingly delicious. The Wagyu beef melted in your mouth. 第二道菜是经典餐前意大利生牛肉。这是令人惊讶的美味,神户牛肉的所有精华及柔嫩瞬间融化在嘴里。 Boulevard restaurant 08 For the third course, we had the Filet Mignon and Roasted Scallops. The Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and the pomme puree complimented the meat very well. The watercress salad lightened the heaviness of the filet mignon and it was a great balanced entrée. As for Roasted Scallops, it was so well cooked, it meted in your mouth. The soft texture of the scallops was to die for. 第三道是主菜, 我们大家有的选择了菲力牛排,有的选择了烤扇贝。菲力牛排的煎制火候非常完美,配以非常柔滑的苹果原浆汁。副菜配上豆瓣沙拉,减轻了菲力牛排的厚重,这简直就是一个伟大的均衡主菜。至于烤扇贝,当然也是绝佳之主菜,煎的非常嫩,轻轻就满足了味蕾。 Boulevard restaurant 06 Boulevard restaurant 05 As for dessert, we finished the meal with the Chocolate soufflé and Calamansi Tart. The Chocolate soufflé is very decadent and delicious. It was beautifully presented and sublime. The calamansi tart was a light and smooth with great balance of acidity.
