  • 1 Medium Pre baked Pie Shell (sweet)
  • 3 Medium Ripe papayas
  • 2 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lime Zest
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Orange extract
  • 4 Tbs. Flour
  • 4 Tbs. Sugar
  • 4 Egg Whites
原料:
  • 1个中等大小预烤派饼(甜味)
  • 3个中等熟木瓜
  • 2茶匙青柠汁
  • 1/2茶匙青柠果肉
  • 一把肉桂
  • 1剂橘子精
  • 4茶匙面粉
  • 4茶匙糖
  • 4个蛋白

  1. Coarsely Mash the Papayas (No seeds)
  2. Add Lime Juice, Zest, Cinnamon and Orange Extract
  3. Fold in Flour and Sugar Beat Egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture
  4. Bake 25 min till top is just brown.
  5. Serve chilled.
制作方法:
  1. 将木瓜压成粗泥(去籽)
  2. 加入青柠汁及果肉、肉桂和橘子精
  3. 加入面粉和糖、再打入蛋白,直到面粉上劲,再加入混合物
  4. 烘烤25分钟直到表面呈棕色
  5. 冷却后食用
